God’s Family Order

The word “order” in God’s Family Order refers to the intentional structure God established for family life—a divine arrangement in which every person has a place, a purpose, and a responsibility. It stands in contrast to confusion and disorder, producing a home marked by clarity, harmony, and purpose. Reflecting His wisdom and holiness and fosters a household built on righteousness and love.1

From the beginning, God established a pattern: the man is called to preside,2 lead,3 protect,4 provide,5 and serve in righteousness. The woman is called to be a help meet—6 supporting, nurturing, and flourishing under his care. Children are raised in obedience, love, and instruction.7 This order is not arbitrary; it is deeply tied to God’s nature and covenant. It brings life, not oppression; peace, not confusion.8

In God’s design, the man answers to God for how he leads. The woman honors God by supporting and building the home with wisdom and love. The children are nurtured in a secure environment where authority is respected and grace abounds.9

God’s Family Order is not based on worldly systems or legal definitions. It is founded on covenant, obedience, and love.10 It is a reflection of the heavenly kingdom11 on earth12—a home where peace reigns because God’s ways are followed.13
